The game doesn't load/keeps freezing

If the game doesn’t load or freezes, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

• Shut down all the other running applications on your desktop computer as they can affect the game’s performance.
• Check the stability of the Internet connection. Most of the problems are connected because of the  instability  of  Internet connection than with the speed of data transmission. If it is necessary, restart  Wi-Fi.
• Please clear your device's cache and cookies: Android / iOS / Amazon.
• Finally, try restarting your device.
