How to activate Boosters?

Three Daubs are required to activate the Boosters. 

At the end of the 3rd  Daub  the Booster is displayed over the Booster Meter. Clicking on it will activate it.

After the Cool Down, you will be able to activate the Booster Mater again( in the same way, with 3 daubs)
